The course stretches over for 3 and a half months. Classes happen once a week. Classes will take place through virtual Lectures, online classroom discussions, Therapeutic session videos, case studies and presentations, experiential exercises, and self-study to understand concepts related to family and couple interventions and reading research articles.

Seat Openings: The total number of openings for this course is 15 per academic session.

Eligibility Criteria

A student who is applying must note that s/he should:

• Have completed a Master's in Psychology from a UGC recognized university.
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience working with couple and family issues
• Should Currently be involved in psycho-social interventions with couples and families

Documents Required 

The documents that are required to apply for the course are:

• SC/ST/EWS/PWD certificate if required.
• Final year mark sheet

Fee Structure

The fee for this program at TISS is Rs. 18,000. The payment needs to be done at the time of the application being approved. 

NOTE: The fee once deposited cannot be refunded back in case of withdrawal from the course.

Process of Selection

The application forms are usually out in January and the updates for the same are provided on the college website. The forms are made available on the website itself and the whole process is via online mode. After the screening process, there is also a personal interview round (Telephonic).
