  • What is MBTI?

The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a pseudoscientific introspective self-record questionnaire indicating differing psychological preferences in how humans understand the sector and make decisions. The unique variations of the MBTI have been built with the aid of  Americans, Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most extensively administered mental check. Most probably, you would have already taken the test, and if not so, you would want to take it immediately after reading this article.

The MBTI is based on the conceptual theory proposed via Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung. He had postulated that humans experience the world based on their usage of 4 principal psychological capabilities – sensation, instinct, feeling, and questioning and that any one of the four functions remains dominant in one person for most of the time. The 4 categories are Introversion/Extraversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, Judging/Perceiving.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is one of the most popular ways of judging the Carl Jung's psychological or personality types. The Master Practitioner Referral Network touts the MBTI as “the most trusted personality tool available today.” The test is widely used in business settings in staff development workshops and relies on it for team building, communication, leadership development, and conflict management. It is also employed in new student orientation sessions at some reputable universities, and in educational and vocational counseling. About two million people take the MBTI every year.

You can take a test from the link given below-

The MBTI teaches us that in each man or woman, there are distinctive personality kinds and we should not assume every person to be or act the same way. It is a definite guide that provides suggestions of the personality characteristics of the general populace of human beings' persona kinds. Moreover, it also explains why and how humans beings have similarities amongst themselves.
